About the logo
Rent For Moms is an annual fundraising drive raising money for Black and BIPOC moms during the holidays, focusing on paying rent instead of the standard toys-for-kids drives.
This logo and branding was developed as part Sappi’s Ideas That Matter grant program. As part of the #DoneForDiDi umbrellas, I wanted to use similar colorways and couching the text inside the house form shows how much can be fit under one roof.
Other Branding
Throughout the years, Rent for Moms has expanded and raised tens of thousands of dollars for moms around the holidays. In 2023 and 2024, I illustrated nostalgic toys and created a comic to target people (especially women) who grew up in the 80s and 90s with a sense of nostalgia and the magic of the holidays.
